FACE Academy’s mentorship is a private, in-clinic shadowing and hands-on experience designed to refine your clinical approach and deepen your confidence in real-world settings. Work one-on-one alongside FACE educators and injectors in a curated learning environment.

You will receive mentorship from all three of our instructors, gaining insight into their individualized and uniquely refined approaches to medical aesthetics, practiced within their respective clinics - The Collective Clinic and JECT Aesthetics.

Model patients will be arranged and scheduled on behalf of each student, ensuring a seamless, stress-free experience throughout their mentorship days. This allows students to stay fully focused on learning while enjoying every aspect of their training.

Eligibility & Application for the face academy mentorship program

 

This mentorship is open to licensed medical professionals (LPN, RN, NP, MD/DO, DDS/DMD) with foundational training and experience in aesthetic medicine.

Priority access and exclusive rates are reserved for FACE Academy alumni.

Availability is limited and admission is selective to ensure a high-touch, hands-on learning environment.

*Shadow days offer an immersive opportunity to observe experienced aesthetic injectors in their day-to-day practice as they treat a diverse range of clinical cases. Students are encouraged to ask questions, deepen their understanding, and gain meaningful insight into real clinic workflows and patient interactions. Please note that shadow days are strictly, observational only and do not include hands-on practice or injecting time for students.

*All rates include private mentorship, guided observation, live-model training, and post-session support. A 50% deposit is required to secure your session.
